The House

Who Are We?

YUJA is a K-beauty curation house founded by Asmae, with a simple conviction: skin deserves honest access to Korean cosmetics, without the noise of marketing or an overabundance of products. After closely observing the gap between the richness of the Korean market and what actually makes it into bathrooms, she chose to build a different kind of bridge—a tightly curated selection rather than an endless catalog.

YUJA is named after a Korean citrus fruit, the yuja (유자), renowned in Korea for its soothing properties and natural vitamin C. A simple symbol for a house that prefers the essentials over the superfluous.

Our Mission

Helping every skin rediscover its balance with fewer, better-chosen steps. We select Korean skincare products whose effectiveness is proven rather than promised, explain them without jargon, and build a more responsible purchasing model—aligned with actual demand, without overstocking or waste.

Our mission can be summed up in one sentence: your skin doesn't need more products, it needs better ones.

Our Philosophy: Skinimalism

Fewer steps, better formulated. A gentle cleanser, a concentrated treatment, protection. Skinimalism is not a trend—it is a form of wisdom: choosing your skincare like you choose your wardrobe, with intention and taste, never under pressure.

A Selection, Not a Catalog

We are not trying to sell everything. Every product makes it into the YUJA selection because it deserves its place: a proven active ingredient, the right texture, a brand we use ourselves. It is this curation that makes the difference between a shelf and a house.

What Guides Us

  • Korean ingredients— essences, PDRN, ceramides, sourced directly from cutting-edge laboratories. Chosen for their effectiveness, not their marketing.
  • Simple routines— three to five steps, designed to be maintained over time, with pleasure.
  • Healthy skin— skin longevity rather than an instant glow. Barrier, microbiome, deep hydration. The long term.
  • Clean & conscious— formulas without endocrine disruptors, recyclable packaging, traceable supply chain. Our minimum standard.
