1. After cleansing, use the pads two to three times a week.
2. Rub the textured side in circular motions, especially on congested areas.
3. Flip the pad over.
4. Use the smooth side to remove any remaining impurities.
5. For use as a mask, place the pads on your face instead.
6. Follow with your essence.

Precautions

• Use only in the evening, as this treatment may increase sun sensitivity.
