Anua's Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner provides hydration in a non-greasy, milky texture. It absorbs easily and leaves a fresh, radiant finish, suitable for all skin types.

Rice water and niacinamide help even out skin tone and balance sebum. Ceramides AP and NP support the skin barrier. Hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and betaine complete the formula to preserve softness and suppleness.

1. After cleansing, pour a little lotion into your hands or onto a cotton pad.
2. Using your hands, gently pat it onto your face and neck.
3. If you prefer using a cotton pad, gently wipe it over your face.
4. Then apply your essence.

Key active ingredients

• Rice bran water 70%: Rich in vitamins B and E, rice bran water hydrates and soothes redness. It also helps improve skin tone evenness and regulate sebum.
• Ceramide NP: Ceramide NP is a lipid naturally present in the skin. It strengthens the cohesion of its surface layer, limits water loss and protects it from aggressors such as pollution.
• Niacinamide: Niacinamide is a water-soluble form of vitamin B3. It evens out the skin tone, revives its radiance and helps strengthen a weakened skin barrier.
• Hyaluronic acid: Hyaluronic acid is a hydrating active ingredient that attracts water to the surface layers of the skin. It maintains their hydration and leaves them looking fresh and radiant.
• Panthenol: Panthenol captures water and retains it in the skin to preserve its hydration. It also helps weakened skin regain comfort.
