Purito's Oat PDRN Gentle Refining Toner has a lightweight, milky texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky residue. Fragrance-free and formulated to be non-comedogenic, it is suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive or blemish-prone skin.

It contains 80% oat kernel water and beta-glucan for hydration and soothing benefits. The plant-derived ingredient supports the skin barrier and helps even out skin tone. Gentle exfoliation helps smooth rough areas and flakiness.

1. After cleansing, pour a little lotion into your hands or onto a cotton pad.
2. Using your hands, gently pat it onto your face and neck.
3. If you prefer using a cotton pad, gently wipe it over your face instead.
4. Follow with your essence.
