1. Morning or evening, after cleansing and your other skincare, take a generous amount of cream.
2. Apply to the face, body, or both, massaging gently until absorbed.
3. Focus on dry areas such as the arms, legs, elbows, or hands.
4. Apply an additional layer to particularly dry or rough areas if needed.

Key active ingredients

• Five-ceramide complex : These five types of ceramides visibly strengthen the skin's natural lipid barrier. They reduce the appearance of dryness and improve its resilience over time.
• Hyaluronic acid complex : This blend combines four forms of hyaluronic acid, including sodium hyaluronate and hydrolyzed acid. It attracts and retains water for plumper, more resilient skin.
• Panthenol (vitamin B5) : Panthenol is a soothing active ingredient that visibly softens the skin. It provides comfort to sensitive areas or skin that feels rough to the touch.
• Cholesterol and fatty acids : Cholesterol and fatty acids are lipids that complement the action of ceramides. They help visibly restore and strengthen the skin barrier.
• Tocopherol (vitamin E) : Tocopherol is an antioxidant active ingredient that protects the skin's surface. It helps limit the effects of daily environmental aggressors.
